Shipping policy

All orders are eligible for delivery to anywhere around the world and shipped directly from our headquarters in Tottori, Japan, or in cases where deemed necessary, from our manufacturer in China. If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made.

Dispatch time will be 3-5 Japanese Business Days and 1-2 days for delivery. All order deliveries are handled by our UPS Express or DHL Express partners. Total shipping time from our warehouse to your door should be 5-7 business days unless delayed by conditions outside of our control. 

As soon as the item is collected by one of our courier partners you will be notified of your orders tracking number and servicing courier. All orders are delivered duty paid, so all you need do is sign and enjoy.

Best of all, this soon to be award-winning service is totally free on orders over 12,000JPY.

Delivery will be completed when the item is marked signed and delivered on the relevant courier tracking portal. 

You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

We may not be able to do deliveries in areas with security restrictions such as Army Camps, immigration areas within Changi Airport and some off-shore islands.  You will be contacted by our delivery provider in the event such a situation arises.
