How Long is Shipping? All orders will be shipped directly from our head quarters in Tottori, Japan to your shipping address within 4-7 Business Days. A typical order timeline looks like so:
3-5 Japanese Business Days: order Confirmation, pick, pack and dispatch: from Tottori, Japan to DHL Express Osaka Distribution Center.
1-2 Business Days: Delivery time from DHL Express Distribution Center in Osaka to final delivery address!

Will my item arrive safely? We got you covered! All items are protected by 3-layers of packaging so they arrive to you safely.

We have chosen DHL Express as our go-to courier for the speedy and careful delivery of all orders. Should any issue arise with you order delivery please contact us directly.
Is my order subject to import and duties taxes? All orders will be delivered internationally via DDP! This means that we cover the cost of import duties and taxes so that you don't have to worry about it.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will be more than happy to look into it for you.
What about Refunds, returns, and exchanges?
All orders are final and cannot be exchange or returned unless you receive an incorrect item or your item is deemed faulty/defective upon delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at email@example.com within 30-days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Inquiries exceeding 30-days from day of delivery may be subject to further review but we hold the right to refuse your request.
